To me this quote meant that you want to explore the world and discover new things such as cabrillo monument and the lighthouse and how life was living there and I only had a limited time to look at it before I left as relating to before you die, and from what I experienced i saw a lot of things that were new to me and that have changed my life and the way i view the world.
